Inclusion manager - Rochdale - Start ASAP This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about promoting positive behaviour across school. Starting ASAP, you will join a successful team in a growing and supportive school, part of an established MAT. You must have strong track record in behaviour management and ideally supporting students with SEMH needs. Inclusion Manager Location: Rochdale Pay: £140-£165 per day, opportunity to go permanent Start date: ASAP Inclusion Manager - role and responsibilities:
* Ensure the schools behaviour policy is managed effectively and supports all pupils, including those with SEMH/SEND.
* Develop and monitor personalised behaviour support plans for pupils in collaboration with other members of staff.
* Support the development of individualised interventions for students at risk of exclusion, ensuring appropriate support is in place to help them.
* Track and monitor pupil behaviour patterns.
* Work closely with parents/carers to ensure a consistent approach to behaviour at home and in school.
* Support the leadership team in the development of a school culture that promotes inclusion, emotional well-being, and positive behaviour.
