We are looking for someone who can be flexible and willing to get involved in all aspects of administration in the office, can prioritise workload and meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
Hours - 22.5 to 30 hours per week over 3 or 4 days.
Three day working pattern - (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)
Working pattern to be agreed, hybrid working opportunity.

Main duties of the job
The main focus of this role is to provide valuable support for the Clinical Services team.
This role is fast-paced and is an exciting opportunity for someone to continue building, supporting and improving the existing systems and services in place.
Job responsibilities
1. Completion and submission of monthly performance returns
2. Support compliance, collating information to fulfill CQC requirements
3. Assist on boarding of new workers
4. General rota management, which involves building rotas for the clinical services and overseeing staffing requirements
5. Monitor pre-determined staffing budgets
6. Setup and maintain spreadsheets
7. Minute taking
8. Communicating and building relationships with colleagues, NHS professionals and professional bodies
9. Assist in carrying out hub audits (at GP practices) occasionally, across Hambleton and Richmondshire PCN
10. General office administration
11. Providing ad hoc support to various departments in the office
12. Develop and produce clinical services newsletter
13. Collating staff and patient feedback via Microsoft Forms, and present at meetings.
