In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team environment, participating in strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiencies and best practices.
As a seasoned professional, you will bring your expertise to manage deals involving syndicates of 50+ lenders, both during initial closing/funding and throughout deal lifecycle events.
You will oversee the calculation, invoicing, and disbursement of all deal-related fees, ensuring timely collection and disbursement of interest/principal/fee payments to lenders.
Your ability to collaborate with internal groups and external clients will be essential in resolving complex problems and driving business growth.

Average Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
Based on factors such as job requirements, location, and industry standards, this estimate reflects the expected compensation for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as an escalation point for primary deal owners on highly syndicated European Transactions.
* Review and negotiate administrative provisions within Credit Agreements.
* Oversee the updating of the Agency system to reflect attributes of each credit agreement and related governing documents.
* Responsible for oversight of coordination of funds movement related to initial funding and closing.
* Manage closings for lenders transferring positions by assignment.
* Work with the borrower and lending group as needed.
* Oversight of ongoing maintenance of facility commitments and processing of loan/facility-related activity.
* Audit accurate and timely collection and disbursement of interest/principal/fee payments to lenders.
* Act as an escalation point for borrowers and lenders; ensure compliance with the terms of the Credit Agreement and other governing documents.
* Maintain expert knowledge of all relevant portfolios and deal-related documentation.
* Identify and develop key leaders in the group.
* Build effective partnerships with internal teams and external partners.
