Job Description
Offshore Installation Manager (Foundations) for a major offshore wind developer based in England.
Responsibilities.
* Managing sub scopes of the Foundation T&I installation, incl. technical and commercial assessment of different installation methodologies and equipment.
* Ensure quality and safety compliance of T&I contractor's documentation.
* Coordinate Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) acceptance including sourcing of MWS.
* Continuous interaction with internal and external stakeholders to ensure schedule, cost, technical, quality and safety aspects of the T&I execution and project impact are managed.
* Ensure all loadout, transport and installation tasks are performed to acceptable standards.
* Capture and communicate lessons learned.
* Feed input to R&D, O&M and other internal stakeholders.
Requirements
1. Possess strong project management capabilities with a structured, service-minded, and flexible approach to the assigned scope.
2. Team player, self-starting, highly motivated, and shows willingness to travel.
3. 3+ years of experience as offshore installation manager or similar role within Foundation T&I in offshore wind.
4. Should have experience working on European projects.
5. Experience working with EU tenders would be a plus but not required.
