Investor Development Team, (Senior) Market Research Associate, London
The role of the Investor Development team within Fitch Ratings is to:
* Raise the visibility and engagement of Fitch ratings with global debt capital market constituents, particularly fixed income investors.
* Be the voice of the buyside community within Fitch ratings, providing critical feedback on products, research and data.
* Drive deeper investor engagement and embed Fitch ratings and analytics in their workflows.
This increase in profile and engagement will be quantified by a broad range of metrics. The team has members in New York, Toronto, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Riyadh, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Beijing and Sydney.

We’ll Count on You To:
* Provide direct marketing support to the EMEA Investor Development Team.
* Manage content distribution, repurposing and marketing (primarily via email) to appropriate audiences, collaborating closely with the Marketing department.
* Be the point person in IDT for virtual events, liaising with the dedicated Events team.
* Be responsible for the IDT-led webinar platform, one of the key outreach channels at Fitch.
* Be responsible for list management for marketing campaigns and virtual events.
* Run performance reports for the various marketing campaigns the Investor Team manages.
* Contribute generally to implementation of strategy for the Investor Development Team.
* Identify pertinent research, prepare customised messages, and distribute targeted emails to the relevant investor audiences. Work with IDT colleagues to extend the shelf-life of relevant content and create cross-marketing campaigns.
* Compile marketing materials, pitch books and presentations with guidance of senior team members.
* Ensure consistency in marketing approach across the EMEA region in liaison with local IDT representatives and with other BRM teams in global locations.
What You Need to Have:
* The high-energy, team-player must be able to work well both independently and collaboratively.
* Previous experience in a marketing or business development role; financial services advantageous but not obligatory.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* An interest in financial markets.
* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to a high standard.
* Experience in organising webinars and marketing campaigns.
* Working experience in data manipulation and financial data tools (Bloomberg, Ipreo, Markit, etc.).
* Highly self–motivated: ability to generate ideas and demonstrate initiative, tenacity and perseverance, individually and within a team.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and demonstrate flexibility to meet tight deadlines.
* Thorough in project execution, with meticulous attention to detail.
