Area Manager – Leading Nursery Organisation
Location: Leeds, Sheffield, and Skegness
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + £3,000 Car Allowance + Travel Expenses

With a remarkable portfolio of over 100 nurseries and ambitious plans to open 30-50 new nurseries in the next 12 months, we are looking for a dynamic Area Manager to lead a cluster of 5 nurseries spanning Leeds, Sheffield, and Skegness.

About the Role
As Area Manager, you will:
* Lead and Inspire: Provide strong leadership and guidance to nursery managers, fostering a culture of excellence and passion for childcare.
* Drive Standards: Oversee operational effectiveness to achieve outstanding Ofsted ratings and exceed regulatory requirements.
* Deliver Results: Implement innovative strategies to boost occupancy, enhance staff development, and ensure financial sustainability.
* Travel and Flexibility: Manage a demanding schedule across your designated nurseries, with regular travel and occasional overnight stays.
