An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join the Platforms NHS Notify team.
The NHS Notify service provides a communications solution for organisations both within and outside NHS England to send communications to patients via NHS App, Email, SMS, and Letter, promoting a “digital first approach” thereby realising cost savings for the NHS.
The role is an essential part of the NHS Notify service, taking responsibility for managing the onboarding of internal and external integration partners (or use cases) onto the service, coordinating required steps and ensuring they are integrated successfully, and raising any associated risks and issues.
The NHS Notify service is continually improving its processes and products, and a key responsibility of the role is through their extensive knowledge of the onboarding process to suggest and implement improvements to the service.
Duties Include:
• Own the NHS Notify Onboarding process
• Continually improve the Notify onboarding process and act as an SME for the process, feeding in requirements alongside the BA to improve the product and process
• Contribute to improving ways of working within the Onboarding team
• Create and own guidance notes for potential use cases
• Ensure documentation is maintained and updated to ensure this is accurate at all times
• Manage the onboarding plans and execution of the onboarding plans for each onboarding partner, working with other sections of the Notify team to deliver
• Own the reporting of progress for onboarding use cases
• Be the main point of contact for onboarding integration partners
• Sign-post onboarding partners to supporting guidance, respond to queries and raise queries with wider team as necessary ensuring that the knowledge base is updated and knowledge is shared with others
• Manage risks and issues to delivery of the roadmap
• Work with Notify stakeholders to align deliveries of additional functionality in line with user case requirements
• Work closely with Business Relationship Managers to onboard use cases from the backlog
• Track work via Jira and update Jira programme plans regularly
• Coordinate workloads with other Onboarding Managers to effectively balance requests
