The Role
The TikTok Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and growing Club L London’s TikTok social channel managing and directing the feed plan and owning all aspects of developing strategy, identifying viral and trending opportunities, feed planning, content creation and editing. The TikTok Exec will work closely with the Social Media Manager and Brand Director to ensure a first in class campaign roll out maximising storytelling and entertainment value in line with the brand identity and TOV as well as identifying and reacting quickly to viral moments and trends.
As Club L’ s TikTok Exec you will be TikTok obsessed with your finger closely on the pulse of emerging trends to react quickly. Working collaboratively with the Social Media Manager you will develop the TikTok strategy with the aim of driving brand awareness, trust, follower growth, engagement, and revenue. Leading the strategy execution.
We’re looking for someone who thrives from working under pressure, a forward-thinker, team player with a global mindset and all-round communicator who will bring high energy and personality to Club L’s TikTok channel and Social Team. You will be full of ideas and be able to spot emerging trends and execute content ahead of the curve.
You will also be a part of relevant cultural conversations and utilise social listening to understand more about our audience.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Social Media Manager to develop and deliver the brands’ TikTok strategy, achieving set KPIs relevant to the channel against brand and commercial objectives, such as increasing following and engagement.
* Conceptualising and executing innovative and unique TikTok concepts that compliment Club L’s key shoots and unique brand messaging building on the initial campaign concepts. Mapping out these campaigns across the TikTok channel in a social-first way and managing end to end assets including the direction of all UGC requirements in line with budgets.
* Monitor, track, analyse and report on social performance, using tools such as Google Analytics & Platform insights and develop further opportunities around the channel’s capabilities.
* Research current benchmarks, analysing TikTok trends and developments within the platform to develop and grow the channel.
* Suggest and implement new ideas and growth techniques to drive follower growth, develop brand awareness, increase reach among our international community and engagement per post.
* Lead on the creation of new, trending content in response to viral trends. Ensuring quick execution across content outreach and /or internal content creation.
* Collaborate with the Outreach team to source and manage content collaborators to create bespoke assets for TikTok.
* Support brand and PR team in creating TikTok-first content at events
* Ensure a consistent TOV across TikTok
* Work closely with the Customer Services team to monitor feedback across our TikTok and advise on the best response in the brand's TOV.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills to be able to manage content and planning efficiently and effectively meeting quarterly objectives and development plans.
More About You
* Experience of delivering TikTok content and strategies focused on brand awareness, follower growth, engagement, community building, and creating hype on TikTok
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Social Media focused role, preferably in the Fashion / Beauty industries.
* Strong organisational and communication skills with an analytical approach to key metrics
* Strong editing skills inc. production apps and clear briefing skills.
* Excellent experience of directing, producing and editing TikTok content in an organised and timely manner either in house or externally on social and campaign shoots.
* Creative thinker who is passionate about developing new and viral TikTok ideas, always looking at new trends and reacting quickly and resourcefully.
* Collaborative attitude with the ability to develop strong working relationships with key business departments and 3rd parties.
* Flexible and enjoy working in a high pace, fast moving and changing environment
* Preferred experience within premium brands or agency.
