The Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse in Eastbourne to join our team on a flexible basis, providing care to children and young adults with complex care needs.

In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality, personalised nursing care, including medication management, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities.
Supporting children and young adults with complex care needs involves providing personalised, compassionate care that addresses their physical, emotional, and developmental requirements.
These individuals may have a range of conditions, such as chronic illnesses, disabilities, or brain or spinal injuries, that require ongoing medical attention, Bipap/Cpap, PEG feeding, Medication, and support.
Our approach focuses on enhancing their quality of life, promoting independence where possible, and ensuring their well-being in a nurturing, supportive environment. We work closely with families and healthcare teams to create tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each child or young adult
Shift pattern available: Twilight shifts, Days and Nights.

Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to an adult client
* Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery
* Provide 2-2-1 support to an young adult or child
* Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals
Requirements
* Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community
* Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience
* Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week
* Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature
* UK driving license and access to own vehicle
* Right to work in the UK
