Cable & Splicing Services (CASS) is a telecommunications contracting specialist business established for over 25 years in the UK.
Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for Wireless Installation Engineers for long-term work in the Oswestry area.
As a Wireless Installation Engineer, you will be installing wireless broadband services into customer premises, providing a best-in-class quality of service for our clients.
Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager and Field Support Manager, you will deliver a friendly, personable service at all times, as you will be dealing with members of the public in and around their homes and businesses.

* Install wireless broadband connections to the customer premises, business, and residential.
* Assist the support team with troubleshooting techniques and queries.
* Liaise by phone with the project office team to organise pre-installations, installations, and arrange service calls.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* PC literate.
* Safe Working at Height trained, First Aid at Work, Asbestos Awareness trained, Manual Handling trained, IPAF 3a & 3b, A8 or SA001 OH Safety, A9 or SA002 UG Safety, Tower Climb medical, Tower Climber & Rescue, Roof Top Safety & Access, RF Safety Awareness, Ladder Safety Systems, ASDC Awareness all desirable.
* NOPS Smart Awards Card - CASS will not engage you without one.
* Previous experience working at height.
* Experience in lone & team working and health and safety requirements that are specific to working at height.
* Practical experience in a customer-facing role.
* Have a current full UK manual driving license.
* Clear DBS.
