About The Role
Provide key administrative and business support by planning and implementing the duties of the C-Suite Executive, primarily maintaining their schedule, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing logistical and travel support.
About You
* Provide support to the C-Suite Executive in delivering the organisations’ overall strategic objectives.
* Provide and maintain comprehensive and effective administrative support on behalf of the C-Suite Executive to assist in the delivery of assignments and initiatives, and leadership and management of the organisation.
* Work closely with the C-Suite Executive and senior leadership team through regular correspondence and organising internal and external meetings.
* Coordinate any departmental reports and documentation required for Board meetings and other internal/external meetings.
* Circulate agendas and papers, take and issue formal minutes, and follow up on action points from departmental, cross-functional, and senior/Board level meetings.
* Ensure follow-up on action points from meetings on behalf of the C-Suite Executive.
* Maintain an accurate and detailed calendar for the C-Suite Executive, manage and log incoming scheduling requests, re-schedule meetings upon request, proactively communicate changes, and anticipate and respond to scheduling conflicts.
* Conduct research/analysis as directed by the C-Suite Executive.
* Maintain open communication and working relationships with other team members as required to clarify the C-Suite Executive's requirements.
* Handle phone inquiries on behalf of the C-Suite Executive, both internal and external, and direct them as appropriate.
* Manage all travel scheduling and arrangements.
* Demonstrate poise and tact under pressure, handling matters with sound judgment and confidentiality.
* Re-prioritise work at short notice when necessary.
* Research specific topics, legislative/regulatory as required in support of the C-Suite Executive.
