Responsibilities: Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, understanding their financial objectives, and offering personalized solutions to meet their needs. Managing all aspects of the clients' accounts, including bookkeeping, tax planning, and compliance. Overseeing and reviewing financial statements, providing accurate insights and recommendations to clients. Assisting clients with complex financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless service delivery and identifying opportunities for business growth. Requirements: A minimum of 4 years’ experience working in an accountancy practice environment, demonstrating a strong track record in client management. Proven expertise in various accounting software and applications. A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) would be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients in a clear and approachable manner. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of financial reports and recommendations. A proactive and self-motivated attitude, able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
