Support Associate Salary - £12 per hour PAYE Location: GU35 Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal Shifts & OT available I am working with a leading UK Facilities Management company that are looking for a Support Associate to join their team The role will involve working as an integral part of the team with a view to developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and working with the wider business to ensure that these customers always receive the best service. Day-to-day of the role: Work closely with client and Operations teams to support managers and supervisors in their interactions with the wider business. Liaise with clients regarding contracts, quotes, service delivery, and queries. Represent the Operations and Key Accounts teams on administrative and other issues as necessary. Update internal and external databases and ensure accurate recording of all job-related information on appropriate IT systems. Assist with client visits in the system, ensuring accuracy in their input and closure. Create and manage contract reports and supporting documentation. Provide management information and reporting data. Assist in the preparation for client meetings. Handle communications in a professional and prompt manner. Maintain full audit trails and ensure quality of service through close collaboration with operational colleagues. Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in service delivery or contact centre environments. Strong IT skills and proficiency in database management. High level of communication skills, capable of delivering detailed information and advice clearly and positively. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy and diverse environment. Keen eye for detail and commitment to data input accuracy. Adherence to process and compliance requirements. Excellent team collaboration skills. Self-motivated and able to invest time to evolve within the role.
