Description The HR Operations Manager will: Lead the implementation of a state-of-the-art HR and payroll system, collaborating with IT and key stakeholders.- Oversee system integration to ensure seamless data flow across HR functions, from recruitment to performance management.- Optimise the HRIS to create streamlined, automated employee life-cycle processes, enhancing data integrity and reporting capabilities.- Act as the central point of contact for system-related enquiries, ensuring that managers and colleagues can fully leverage its features for actionable insights and strategic decision-making. Manage and optimise end-to-end HR systems and processes to support employee life-cycle activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR documentation in accordance with GDPR Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures, serving as the escalation point for complex employee relations issues. Deliver data-driven insights through analytics and reporting to support continuous improvement within the People function. Profile The HR Operations Manager should be: Proven in HR operations, employee life-cycle management, and reward processes within the financial services industry. CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent, with progress towards chartered membership. Experienced with HRIS systems, including successful implementation and ongoing management. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving with strong leadership skills. Well-versed in UK employment legislation and committed to continuous professional development. This is an urgent requirement, therefore a requirement to start in April 2025 ideally.
