About the Role:
* Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay on task with set work.
* Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a productive learning environment.
* Support students with their activities, answering questions, and clarifying instructions.
* Report back to teaching staff on class performance and any issues.
About You:
* Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
* Able to manage classrooms effectively and stay calm under pressure.
* Previous experience in a school or working with young people (preferred but not essential).
* Flexible and ready to work across multiple schools as needed.
Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
* Right to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
