Location of role: Home based, with travel to Adecco Group or Client sites as required
Salary: 60,000– 70,000 + Car Allowance & Bonus

Summary
As part of a team dedicated to the implementation of Armed Forces Recruitment Services, the Senior Project
Manager will drive the Adecco Project Management team and work collaboratively with a wider PMO team
externally to drive and deliver key workstreams.
Working within best practice principles, the role of the Senior Project Manager will be critical to the successful
achievement of operational readiness within agreed timescales.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Plan and manage the implementation of key workstreams to agreed timescales and in accordance with
agreed scope.
* Undertake full project management duties as required, including the production of high–quality
documentation within the specified constraints of time and cost. This will include (but is not exclusive
to):
o Project Initiation Documents
o Project plans
o Stage assessments
* Progress/exception reports, influences and implement the clear scope for each proposed
project/change management activity.
* Execute various project delivery activities with the assigned project on a day–to–day basis, including
issue resolution, progress reporting, risk management, budget management and on–schedule
achievement of project deliverables.
* Support the Solutions Design Director as necessary.
* Maintain proficiency and knowledge of the Company's business systems, policies and procedures,
ensuring that these are incorporated within AFRS implementation as necessary.
* Write, review, evaluate, and modify new or existing project management and project scope materials.
* Line management of Project Managers.
* Drive performance of all direct reports.
* Development and coaching of direct reports.
Essential Skills / Experience
* Prince2 Practitioner qualification (or similar).
* Deep understanding of project controls tools and techniques.
* Proven experience in stakeholder management and solution delivery in a fast, responsive and
commercially focused environment.
* A strong achiever who is results orientated.
* Highly organised with excellent planning skills.
* High standard of written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate across all levels.
Confident and assertive with excellent interpersonal skills at all levels.
