Customer Services Executive
We have a new Customer Services Executive position available within the UK Operations Team, reporting to the Customer Services Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email or live chat
* Manage all customer orders as per the internal SOPs and customer vendor compliance
* Handle and respond efficiently to all general and order specific customer enquiries such as providing pricing and delivery information, complaints, returns and refunds
* Managing return requests
* Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
* Log details of enquiries, comments and complaints and details of actions taken
* Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
Skills Required:
* Proven customer service experience across a range of business sectors
* Excellent data entry, typing and analytical skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Strong MS Office and CRM skills
* Excellent time management and goal-oriented focus
* SAP and Salesforce knowledge is required
