Job summary Note: This vacancy will start after 01/07/2025 The Physiological Sciences team at ULHT is looking for a skilled and dynamic administrator to work in their busy Lincoln and Pilgrim offices where no two days are the same. The successful applicant will have excellent communication and administration skills with recent experience of working in a busy office environment. They will require skills relevant to administrative work in the NHS, and will work to ensure that our clinicians and patients are always supported with expert admin help. Main duties of the job Booking patient appointments following agreed procedures and protocols and ensuring patients are appropriately informed Arranging, rearranging or cancelling appointments in line with patient requests whilst ensuring Local and National policy's are followed Accurately recording appointment outcomes and other data relating to patients in a timely manner Ensure patients receive all relevant information in a timely, accurate and effective way Answering patient queries or escalating where required Providing administrative support to the Physiological Sciences team About us Lincoln Hospital is a thriving university city and with the opening of the medical school, it provides all major specialties and a 24-hour major accident and emergency service.
