NEW AFTERSALES MANAGER JOB
Location: Gloucestershire
Salary: 55k basic / OTE of 65k + benefits
YOLO Recruitment is looking to recruit an Aftersales Manager for our clients dealer in Gloucester. As the Aftersales Manager you will:
1. Lead and inspire your team to deliver the highest levels of customer service and achieve site and individual goals.
2. Monitor compliance with all statutory regulations and ensure quality and service standards are being met.
3. Control cost management for the department.
4. Work with managers of our departments at site to ensure a joined-up, positive approach to teamwork and customer service.
5. Collaborate with relevant departments across the business, such as marketing and IT, to uphold company values and ensure correct processes and policies are followed.
6. Ensure site and departmental KPIs are met through robust leadership and a hands-on approach.
7. Lead and develop apprentices.
8. Manage, coach, and motivate employees to ensure a high quality of staff.
9. Establish business objectives and personal development goals with employees, and monitor performance against agreed targets.
10. Undertake appraisals with your team every September and follow up with regular 121s and PDPs.
11. Build strong working relationships with customers.
12. Perform analysis to identify areas of weakness and appropriate, targeted marketing activity.
13. Ensure all health and safety policies are followed and upheld, including risk assessments and H&S eLearning.
14. Promote the development of your team.
This role will be a great fit for you if:
1. You possess extensive motor industry experience in an Aftersales position at management level.
2. You have extensive knowledge of the operational running of a workshop and business administration.
3. You have a thorough knowledge of customer and market analysis, marketing initiatives, and customer satisfaction.
4. You are experienced in people management, particularly in terms of achievement through teams. Your leadership style should be highly visible and hands-on.
5. You have enthusiasm and a desire to continuously improve product knowledge for yourself and others.
6. You have a desire to achieve the highest standard of personalized customer care.
7. You have a flexible approach to work and can adapt to thrive in a changing environment.
8. You are computer literate and confident using technology.
Hours for this Aftersales Manager role:
Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00.
