Are you passionate about shaping the future of electrical education? Waltham Forest College is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Head of Electrical. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Head of Department to manage quality processes, inspire teaching staff, and ensure an outstanding learner experience.
As the Deputy Head of Electrical, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a responsive and relevant curriculum, teaching a minimum of 540 hours across various courses. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment, while also supporting the creation of the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). If you have a proven track record in education, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire both staff and students, we want to hear from you!
