AWE is currently recruiting for a Utilities Co-ordinator working within our busy Electrical Distribution team. This role is ideally suited to an experienced Administrator with strong organisational and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be required to provide support to the Electrical Network Manager and their Operations Managers – carrying out a range of general administrative duties to help ensure compliance and programme delivery. Some of your day-to-day tasks will include: Engaging with facility managers to achieve planned outages Completion of vehicle access permits and personnel / sub-contractor site visit forms Placing orders for electrical parts and spares Liaising with our logistics team to plan deliveries Completing work orders on AWE’s asset management system Engagement with project stakeholders and capturing actions Incident reporting and triaging of events Reviewing and updating facility documents to the latest version Capturing unplanned electrical events Updating any electrical network configuration Who are we looking for?
