We are seeking a Full Time NQ – 5 years PQE Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join the Private Client department at our Dorchester office. Although this is an office-based role, flexibility may be considered for the right candidate.
The Role
The role will entail managing a caseload of Private Client matters independently, whilst working as part of a team and towards a financial team target. You will be liaising with clients on a regular basis in relation to a wide range of affairs and will utilise case management and digital dictation software to assist your work. You will undertake work in the following areas:
* Preparing lasting Powers of Attorney
* Wills drafting
* Deputyship application
* Court of Protection Matters
* Trust and Estates Administration
About You:
You will be a +5 years PQE Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. For this particular role, you must have excellent all-round working knowledge of private client law and be comfortable working within a team towards a team target. You should be capable of managing your own caseload independently although you will have the support of your more experienced colleagues to provide guidance on more complex cases.
