Job Description You will be joining an established team who provide administrative and practical support to maintain our Hastings facilities. Involved in supporting the successful delivery of various facilities and cross functional project works whilst maintaining robust records management and department administration. Day to day activities may include: Maintain administration of facilities and Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) records, reports and compliance certifications Management of the Facilities & SHE shared mailboxes Raising and organization of requisitions and receipting PO’s; act as point of contact for Accounts Payable Provide escort as required to third party facilities and SHE contractors · Support delivery of desk moves and space management initiative Regular post runs between Hastings site For the full job description click here.
