Horbury Group, a leading provider of construction and interior solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their Sales and Estimating team. This role is key to driving new business, managing client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow our market presence. If you have a passion for sales, business growth and relationship management, we want to hear from you The Key Responsibilities of The Role Are: Manage and be responsible for all group enquiries from a designated client base. Identify business opportunities through various platforms. Track selected projects and generate enquiries across all group businesses. Develop strong relationships with the designated client base to gain a full insight into upcoming projects. Produce and review monthly reports, tracking enquiry levels and market activity. Conduct site visits, ensuring project start dates are accurate and progress is documented. Submit weekly sales reports and monthly board updates. Lead marketing initiatives. Engage with suppliers and manufacturers. What We Are Looking For: Proven experience in a Business Development, Sales, or Account Management role within the construction industry. Strong ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities. Excellent relationship-building and client management skills. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage multiple projects. Full clean driving licence. Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
