Marketing Automation Manager Bristol (Hybrid, 3 days a week in the office) About the Role: Our client are seeking a Marketing and Automation Specialist to drive their customer retention and loyalty initiatives through the delivery of Email, SMS and Push Notification Campaigns. This role would be perfect for someone who is passionate about data-driven marketing and creating impactful customer journeys, with a strong understanding of how to develop and implement B2C marketing automation campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing automation strategies focused on customer engagement and retention. Design, execute, and optimise targeted email and SMS campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing. Build and manage customer journeys and lifecycle marketing programs that support long-term loyalty. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing and retention strategies with broader business goals. Leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms to manage customer data and engagement metrics. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and retention.
