We are recruiting for a Recruitment Talent Coordinator to join the team at our Colchester office.
Your role will involve:
1. The management of staff profiles and completing the onboarding documents.
2. Creating job adverts, interviewing, and building relationships.
3. Ensuring all aspects of the recruitment information are obtained.
4. A rota of on-call, shared with the team.
5. Arranging and booking shifts with the care staff to cover the clients' needs.
You will need to have a high level of customer service, excellent communication skills and telephone manner, and the ability to use and show initiative when working to deadlines.

Permanent, Full-time
From £24,000 per year
