Are you an experienced EPR PMO Lead with exceptional planning and reporting skills? Do you have a passion for supporting healthcare organisations and delivering high-quality patient care? Our client, a prominent healthcare provider, is seeking a talented EPR PMO Lead to join their team in the East Anglia.
As the EPR PMO Lead - Planning & Reporting, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the programme plan, providing progress reports to key stakeholders, and managing governance processes and documentation. In addition, you will be the central communication hub between workstreams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain the programme plan
2. Provide progress reports to key stakeholders
3. Establish strong governance processes and standardise documentation
4. Review and challenge project outcomes and documentation
5. Capture lessons learned from previous programmes to enhance organisational knowledge
Qualifications and Skills:
6. Degree qualified or significant equivalent experience
7. Proven track record of programme planning
8. Exceptional data management and communication skills
9. Ability to analyse complex data and provide actionable insights
10. Experience working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
11. Strong IT skills, including planning software and MS Office
