What You'll Do:
1. Ownership & Support: Take charge of various tasks and support team members across multiple business areas.
2. Cross-Department Experience: Explore different business functions through job sensing opportunities, customer involvement, and time with our sales team.
3. Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, and more to address queries and drive projects.
4. Innovation: Contribute ideas to enhance efficiencies and support digitalisation initiatives.
5. Event & Customer Interaction: Assist our Plant Administration team with corporate events and customer engagements.
6. Networking: Engage actively in our Student Network and participate in training courses and meetings.
What We're Looking For:
7. Completion of the first year as a minimum of a Business, Commercial, or Marketing degree.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
9. Strong organisational skills, efficiency, and a personable, confident telephone manner.
10. German language skills are a plus, but not required.
