Functional Responsibilities
* Execute the sales strategy in order to achieve the POS target on the assigned accounts.
* Identify the key partners and develop NETGEAR business with them.
* Recruit and develop the reseller channel.
* Assist Partners on the phone and email to spot and close projects.
* Implement channel partner program and promotions.
* Build and maintain strong product knowledge to increase sales effectiveness.
* Coordinate with distributor’s local teams to ensure sales-out.
* Provide all information relevant for NETGEAR to improve business.

* Good level of written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.
* Strong understanding of how vendors and partners work together to achieve customer satisfaction and competitiveness.
* Strong understanding and interest in technology and networking products is preferred.
Education/Experience:
* 1-2 years relevant sales experience, preferably in an inside commercial sales role for an IT vendor.
* Experience in channel sales of Network or Storage solutions is a plus.
* Experience with Value Added Distribution (VAD) representing a SMB Vendor is a plus.
* Some experience dealing with projects at both end user and VAR level is a plus.
* Experience of working with MS Excel, Tableau and SalesForce.com is a plus.
