Position Overview:
My client is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to work in their Servicing Division.
This role has the potential to involve more accounting duties as time goes on, the position is varied and requires meticulous attention to detail and have a methodical approach.
Responsibilities:
· Accurately prepare and process all sales administration from start to completion
· Proactively update customer sales orders
· Liaise with customers and the teams within the servicing division
· Deal with customer queries· Use the CRM system to cross-reference customer information and log correspondence
· Assist with any other duties as required by the internal teams
· Accurately following filing and logging processes
· Assist in resolving internal and external queries
Skills:
· Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy
· Confident and professional manner
· Excellent organisational skills
· Self-motivated, pro-active and able to work to own initiative
· Ability to work to deadlines
