We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in Luton to business partner and jointly managing the finance function. Your role is pivotal in providing accurate and timely financial information throughout the business.

As a Finance Manager you’ll be:
1. Assisting with preparation of statutory accounts for all Group companies and Group consolidation in accordance with financial reporting standards and best practice
2. Responsible for day-to-day management and oversight of Accounts Payable function
3. Managing weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts ensuring the company’s working capital are within agreed targets.
4. Working with internal stakeholders including board members to advise them on budget setting and monitoring, delivering an excellent business partnering service.
5. Producing high quality information, data and KPIs, ensuring that information and data produced by the finance teams is transparent, accurate and appropriate for corporate reporting.
6. Ad-hoc analysis and projects to support the needs of the business.
As a Finance Manager you’ll have:
7. Experience of working in a similar role, leading, and managing a team within a medium/ large company.
8. Knowledge of accounting systems and intermediate MS Excel including Pivot Tables and V-lookups
9. Initiative and influences change through an “investigative” and “can do” approach and attitude to all tasks
10. Resilience and able to work in an organisation that is undergoing change due to development and growth.
11. Ability to build trust and credibility, fitting into our company culture and sharing our values.
12. An accountancy qualification ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA is preferred
