The Bradfield Development Authority is looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead Corporate Services to oversee business support, guest management services, and workplace safety compliance. You will work closely with the Principal Property Manager and WHS Advisor to drive safety, sustainability, and operational excellence. As Team Lead, you'll develop and refine corporate policies, provide strategic recommendations, and manage the Executive Assistant and Concierge teams enabling streamlined business functions, overall operational efficiency, and exceptional client and employee satisfaction. Experience balancing strategic planning with immediate operational needs. Expertise in managing complex service provider contracts, ensuring high service standards. Strong commitment to customer service, compliance, and continuous improvement. Sound decision-making skills in daily corporate operations, while supporting broader initiatives. Financial and contract management expertise, including budget oversight. Proven ability to implement and maintain effective workplace safety policies. What is an essential requirement Demonstrated experience in planning, coordination, and risk management, with a focus on aligning operations with organisational goals. Ability to collaborate effectively across business functions to achieve shared objectives, especially with property and WHS teams. Experience in financial and contract management, including the ability to manage budgets, review invoices, and ensure value for money in service delivery.
