The Role:
As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will:
* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in line with the National Curriculum.
* Plan, prepare, and teach engaging sequences of learning that cater to the needs of all pupils.
* Maintain consistently high teaching standards, ensuring pupils are motivated and challenged to achieve their full potential.
* Respond positively to constructive feedback and lesson observations to continually improve your practise.
* Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and leadership to support the school’s goals.
* Fulfil duties as outlined in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document, with due regard to the Teacher Standards (2013).
Skills and Experience Required:
We are looking for a teacher who is:
* Experienced in delivering and assessing the new National Curriculum, with expertise in EYFS or KS1.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage their workload effectively.
* A resilient team player who is enthusiastic about education and constantly strives for improvement.
* A potential subject leader, with the drive to contribute to the wider school community.
* Able to maintain high standards, even under pressure, and meet deadlines effectively.
