About Our Client
Page Group are working with a specialist Manufacturing & Engineering firm in South Yorkshire who are looking for a Customer & Sales Support Manager to lead their customer facing operations. This is a customer service focused role, both UK & European B2B customers with enquiries, processing of orders, after-sales and arranging delivery of orders.
Job Description
* Lead a Customer Service & Sales Support function to deliver world class service to B2B customers.
* Ensure orders are assigned and processed within agreed timescales as per SLA's.
* Ensure the team follow up on quotations to drive conversion to sales.
* Implement and manage KPI's and SLA's that vary depending on account.
* Work closely with production to understand progress against orders.
* Support field sales with product information, following up with customers, and handling any issues.
* Take ownership of escalated customer issues.
* Provide key reports to board of directors within the business.
* Where possible, improve operational processes and procedures that impact efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in a similar role.
* Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
* Strong people leadership skills.
* Ability to drive performance across the team.
* Strong stakeholder management.
What's on Offer
Based in Doncaster - the role will be full on site Monday to Friday.
£40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience plus excellent company benefits.
