We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join this well-established security systems installations and maintenance company in Theale, Reading.

About the role
As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative services in order to achieve agreed standards of service in a professional, time and cost-effective manner and your responsibilities will include:
1. Carrying out the booking of general, survey, corrective and routine maintenance of client security systems
2. Carrying out the planning and booking of installation of client security systems
3. Provide general administrative assistance to the Office Manager and Partners to aid the smooth running of the business’s offices
4. Maintain adequate Company stock levels, placing orders as required
5. Provide customer feedback to management in a timely fashion
6. Provide assistance as and when required with technical support for colleagues and clients by telephone and software packages on occasions where an engineer is not immediately available
7. Attend regular meetings and job chats with line Manager
8. Open and distribute deliveries
9. General telephone call answering duties
10. Data entry into the businesses WinSims and WinSpecs databases
11. Prepare daily engineer diaries
12. Ensure the smooth running of administrative processes when the Office Manager is absent
13. Provision of URNs, key-holders and passwords
14. Assist with the operation of the WinSims SuperView programme
15. Provide clear and concise paperwork detailing works undertaken on client sites
16. Be aware of and ensure compliance with relevant Health and Safety Regulations, NSI, EN and BS Standards, internal business policies and procedures
17. Ensure the business remains compliant with NSI (National Security Inspectorate) Codes of Practice through correct administrative procedures
18. Liaise with engineering staff directly so that all procedures are followed correctly
19. Be committed to all Standards, Company Core Values and objectives set by Management
20. Attend regular audit and training sessions
21. Attend and contribute to daily staff planning, monthly figures and diary meetings
About the person
To be successful for the role of Office Administrator, you must be/have:
22. Previous experience in an Office Administrator role
23. Knowledge and experience in the security industry would be advantageous
About the rewards
As Office Administrator your working hours will be 9am to 5pm, Mon to Fri and you will receive an excellent salary of £19,000 to £23,000 per annum depending on experience, plus you will receive:
