About the role
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and committed HR professional to join us as an Assistant HR&OD Business Partner on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave up to May 2025.
You’ll provide generalist HR advice and support throughout all of the employee lifecycle including recruitment and selection, employee relations casework and learning and development.
Qualified to CIPD level 5 (or working towards), you’ll have demonstrable experience of providing HR advice in a complex and fast paced environment. Your experience of managing employee relations casework through to resolution, together with your ability to quickly build positive and highly effective working relationships at all levels across the University will ensure that you can achieve with impact.
