You will be responsible for all aspects of case management, from initial appointment to case closure, ensuring compliance with insolvency regulations and delivering high-quality service to clients. You will work closely with insolvency practitioners and other team members to ensure the smooth administration of cases, while maintaining a professional and client-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Case Management: Handle a variety of corporate insolvency cases, including drafting statutory documents, managing creditor communications, and preparing reports. Client Interaction: Liaise with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders, providing clear and professional advice throughout the insolvency process. Investigations: Assist in conducting investigations into company affairs, including identifying potential claims and asset recovery.
