About the role - Learning Support Assistant - Tower Hamlets
The school is looking for a flexible, patient, and proactive Learning Support Assistant who has knowledge and understanding of children with challenging behaviour and SEN needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting the teacher, which may involve working in small groups with children inside and outside the classroom, as well as providing 1:1 support to children who require extra help in their academic studies.
