Area Sales Manager (APAC Region)
This role involves frequent international travel, occasionally with minimal advance notice. When not travelling, you will follow a hybrid work model, splitting your time between remote work and regular in-person visits to ELGA headquarters in Lane End, High Wycombe.
Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday 37 hours
25 Annual Leave + UK Bank Holidays (with option to buy/sell!), Pension Scheme, Private Medical Insurance, Access to a Private GP.

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our leading, well-respected water technologies company, where you will play a pivotal role within the ELGA LabWater's sales team.
Your mission:
1. Drive sales volumes across your region while providing valuable insights to ELGA HQ on market trends and product needs.
2. Develop tailored plans for each business unit to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on key accounts, ensuring you hit your quarterly and annual financial goals.
4. Collaborate closely with our marketing and product management teams to set ambitious growth targets and execute impactful strategies.
What you will do:
1. Engage effectively with clients at all levels, showcasing your ability to influence and build strong relationships.
2. Prepare compelling business proposals and draft sales plans and contracts in collaboration with your ELGA colleagues.
3. Lead regular meetings with existing customers to strengthen partnerships and ensure lasting business success.
4. Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring their strategies and identifying new business growth opportunities.

Your Skills:
1. Strong technical knowledge of pure water principles and the ELGA product range.
2. Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical competence.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
4. Familiarity with CRM software or similar platforms.
5. Business-conscious and commercially astute.
6. Fluent in English, with additional European languages being a plus.
