Job Description:
Outstanding medical sales opportunity selling top quality products and solutions for a well-established manufacturer with a great reputation. This is a solutions-focused sales role with superb OTE and career progression opportunities. NHS / hospital sales experience is essential.
The role: As Account Manager, the successful candidate will be selling the company's full offering of life-saving medical equipment, consumables, service contracts, and IT connectivity. This includes ventilators, anaesthesia and patient monitoring, neonatal incubators and warmers, and digital health solutions. The sales process is very much "solutions-focused", using consultative sales skills to uncover customers' challenges and identify the best solutions. Improving existing relationships and building new networks of KOLs throughout various departments in NHS and private hospitals. Full product training will be offered.
The company: Established and a leading international manufacturer of medical equipment and consumables used in a range of environments, the contact level for this division is mainly critical care, theatre, anaesthesia, neonatal, IT, EBME, A&E, and procurement. They are at the forefront of the market with a great product pipeline, invest heavily in R&D, and consistently win industry awards for product innovation. Providing full product training, a structured induction, and ongoing development. An internal move means that a rare and exciting role currently exists for a driven, strategic, and credible medical sales professional to manage and further develop within Merseyside, Cheshire, and North Wales.
The culture: This division is headed by a motivated and ambitious leader keen to develop the commercial strategy into a more concept and solution-focused approach to meet the ever-changing market and needs of clinicians. You will work in a very supportive and collaborative atmosphere with interaction across various internal departments including sales, clinical trainers, marketing, and customer services.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
1. Successful track record in secondary care medical devices sales
2. A tenacious, motivated, and ambitious mindset
3. Experience dealing with multi-level stakeholders within hospitals and trusts
4. Target and career-driven

Package:
