McDonald's is one of the most recognized brands in the world, and the backbone of our brand is commitment to a set of core values: Serve, Inclusion, Integrity, Community, and Family. We live by our values every day and are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace, providing quality jobs, and making opportunity open to all.
Join us as a Stock Delivery person and you'll become part of our team that works together to provide the best customer experience. We receive our deliveries on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, so you would need to be available on those days from 8 PM - 2 AM with flexibility to work either side of those times if required. You will lead the cleanliness of our stock areas and ensure our stock levels are correct for the needs of the business. In order to comply with UK working time regulations, you must be over the age of 18 to work between the hours of midnight and 6 AM. During the hours of midnight and 6 AM, we have a premium rate of pay of an extra £2 per hour on top of our standard rate.
If you've visited one of our restaurants before, you've probably got some idea of what's involved in maintaining a restaurant. Quite simply, you'll be working in our fast-moving, high-energy environment and you'll be required to assist the restaurant management team by maintaining the cleanliness of our stock areas and ensuring our stock levels are correct for the needs of the business. You'll need to work with external contractors to make sure our stock is delivered correctly.
To join us you'll need to be confident in dealing with external contractors as well as the restaurant team. You'll also need to understand the importance of maintaining high standards of quality and service as well as cleanliness. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
The capacity to work unsupervised and be responsible for your own time management is also required. Finally, your appearance should be smart and clean.
