We are hiring an OEM Sales Engineer who will combine application and market knowledge to meet and exceed sales targets in the EMEA territory, while ensuring all other strategic goals are achieved.
The OEM Sales Engineer is responsible for all assigned OEM sales activities within their territory for the OI Andor portfolio. They will serve as the primary contact for existing Key Accounts and potential new OEM customers throughout the sales process.
This individual will work closely with the OEM Sales Manager and Head of Segment Sales to develop territory action plans and collaborate with Service, Marketing, Applications, and other sales resources to achieve targets.
The OEM Sales Engineer will have:
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Materials Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, or related field
* At least 3 years of sales experience with technical scientific products such as spectroscopy or confocal microscopy
* Minimum of 2 years managing OEM customers
* Experience developing and implementing territory-specific sales strategies
* Extensive experience with CRM platforms and proficiency with MS Office applications
This is a permanent position, ideally based from home in Germany. We also consider applicants in France, Netherlands, or the UK.
