The primary responsibility of the Technical Sales Manager is to manageand grow the Company sales pipeline, whilst also identifying new, effectivemarkets for high-value industrial automation solutions. The Technical SalesManager shall ensure that the sales department has an effective strategy whichencompasses building strong, effective and long-lasting commercialrelationships with customers. Data-focused with great business acumen, you will be collaborative inapproach, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify the scope ofprojects for the purpose of providing accurate bids to clients, which remainwithin projected profit margins. You will have experience with creatingcompelling and persuasive content for bids, tailored to your audience and theirrequirements.
You should be a people person through and through, able to build strongrelationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensuringcommunication is proactive across departments. Basically, when it come toselling high value engineering solutions, you know your onions.

·Provenexperience in a senior technical sales role within aerospace, industrialautomation and/or composites;
·Demonstrablesuccess in delivering an effective and profitable sales strategy

·Outstandingability to communicate to people at all levels in verbal and written English
·Experiencedwith supporting bid processes from start to finish

·Ability totake on, retain and deliver technical information regarding industrialautomation technology and/or robotics.
