Construction Project Manager Required **
Our client a Large FM provider who serve public sector clients in Healthcare, Education (schools and universities), local authorities and councils and emergency services require a Project Manager for a Healthcare project.
Job Summary : The purpose of the role is to have full accountability and responsibility for managing and delivery of project works on time and to budget. Be responsible for generating and delivering a variety of project work on our customer sites.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate project opportunities and deliver a lifecycle and variation (capital) project plan.
* Supporting the contract in liaising with key stakeholders on their requirements and explain feasibility of their schemes to become a trusted advisor.
* Work with Estates, Technical support, designers and sub-contractors to define and document scope(s) of work(s).
* Develop and understand the full scope of works in line with the desired project business case and in turn outcome.
* Manage, run and draw up tenders on behalf of the customer as required with the supply chain. Carry out full tender analysis of all sub-contractor returns.
* Be the key interface between all internal departments to ensure the smooth delivery of the installation.
* Work within the current CDM legislation and the respective duties to the role assigned.
