Young Carers & Families Key Worker – Neurodiversity
18-month contract initially (pilot project subject to further funding if successful)
Eastern Ravens Trust are proud to be working in partnership with North East Autism Society to further help and support young carers and their families in Stockton-on-Tees.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to deliver tailored support services to young carers and their families who are living with a family member who is neurodiverse.
The post involves holistic whole family support, working in partnership and delivering positive outcomes for young carers and their families.
£26,421 per annum - 37 hours per week.
