Exciting opportunity for psychologists who are committed to working with children and young people.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, committed and enthusiastic Principal Clinical Psychologist to be part of RISE core mental health services.
RISE is Coventry and Warwickshire's specialist mental health service for children and young people, previously known as CAMHS. You will work within our evidence-based pathways to deliver clinically effective, person-centered services to the young people we support. You will receive excellent support and opportunities for continuing professional development, training and therapeutic model accreditation, in line with service objectives. You will have access to individual clinical supervision as well as some group-based model supervision for those delivering specific interventions within the service (e.g., EMDR, CBT). Clinical leadership opportunities are actively encouraged and supported.
Main duties of the job

You will be enthusiastic and motivated with excellent clinical skills ready to meet the challenges of delivering the best possible services across RISE. We can offer flexibility in terms of working patterns and hours.
This is an exciting time to join the RISE service as we move towards an integrated children's directorate implementing a new clinical framework for children's wellbeing. You will be working closely with team and clinical leads within Rise Services and will have opportunities to help shape and develop our core mental health provision. We are also reviewing our current clinical offers and are considering the development of a full DBT Team with RISE.
