ROK Kitchens are a contract kitchen manufacturer, specialising in high quality bespoke kitchens to national housebuilders across London and the South East.
We are a fast-paced, passionate company looking for a Service and Logistics Coordinator to join our friendly and energetic team. You will work within our operations team at our modern office in Orsett, Essex (RM16). This is a varied role, incorporating all aspects of the operations side of the business, including deliveries, purchasing, production, and customer service. Training will be provided for the right applicant.
Main Duties:
* Customer Service – booking appointments for rectification of any kitchen defects
* Ordering furniture items and liaising with our production team regarding availability
* Purchasing – Appliances ordering and stock control
* Logistics – Raising delivery paperwork, organising deliveries, liaising with our transport department/warehouse team as required
* Installation – ordering replacement items and providing support to our field-based installation team
* Production – producing factory paperwork, dealing with queries, and supporting the production team.
