Service Delivery Manager – Wales
Managed Service Provider requires an experienced Service Delivery Manager who thrives on building deep relationships whilst handholding customers/clients throughout their customer journey. Please note, applicants must live in Wales and must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years to be eligible for SC Clearance.
This role sits within the service management team and will involve managing the onboarding process, servicing the client’s needs, along with developing and improving processes.

Responsibilities of the Service Delivery Manager:
1. Onboarding customers to the MSP/Service
2. Continually improve the service
3. Set up new processes, updates, and functions
4. Liaising with multiple stakeholders
5. Be the point of escalation for service issues
Requirements of the Service Delivery Manager:
1. Knowledge of service methodologies within IT or Technology
2. Communication, presentation & relationship-building skills
3. Orientated and innovative thinker
4. Project Management experience
5. MSSP, IT, Technology or Cyber industry experience – highly desirable
