Job summary C21 is a busy acute stroke ward, caring for patients following a stroke. Due to this our patients may require specific diets to be followed such as modifed diets, differing consistency of fluids, NBM, trials etc. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to positively contribute to patient experience. As one of our ward hostesses you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding care to our patients by ensuring they receive high standards of food and fluids and that they receive care in a clean and pleasant environment. You will do this in collaboration with the healthcare teams as a valued member of the team. You will also be required to adequately manage the wards stock control, placing regular orders and rotating stock sufficiently.
