About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Manager to join CHEC. The Programme Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of multiple programmes ensuring the successful delivery within agreed scope, time, budget, and governance.
The successful candidate will have experience of delivering complex change in a fast moving business using recognisable project management methodologies and disciplines.
We are looking for someone who can:
* Oversee and manage multiple priority projects, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
* Monitor the overall performance of programmes to ensure they are on track to meet objectives.
* Identify and manage risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
* Ensure alignment of projects with the organisation's strategic objectives.
* Drive change management efforts within the programme, ensuring stakeholders are informed and prepared for organisational or process changes.
* Ensure smooth integration of programme outcomes into business-as-usual operations.
* Develop and maintain programme and project governance frameworks, including status reports and dashboards for senior management.
* Prepare and present regular updates on programme status, risks, issues, and budget to the Senior Leadership team and stakeholders.
* Ensure the programme complies with organisational policies, procedures, and legal standards.
What you’ll bring to the role:
* Experience working in a PMO or managing multiple projects in a structured environment.
* Experience of delivering complex change in a fast moving business using recognisable project management methodologies and disciplines
* Previous working experience in a managed service background
* Knowledge of process mapping and process re-engineering to ensure business processes are effective and well maintained.
* Ability to work in a flexible and changing environment
* Proven experience and skills in business case and presenting to senior leaders
* Strong analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex project-related problems.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise workloads, and ensure deadlines are met.
